01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the superace888 platform (available at superace888.one and any associated mobile applications or services), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the superace888 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the superace888 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your superace888 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify superace888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by superace888. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

superace888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where superace888 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the superace888 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). superace888 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks

Deposits are generally credited to your superace888 account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.

superace888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement.

superace888 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not supported in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

superace888 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• superace888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the superace888 platform — including slots, live casino games , bingo, mines, and sports betting — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. The outcomes of all games are determined independently and cannot be influenced by superace888 or any user.

• Each game has its own specific rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. These are accessible within the game interface or upon request from customer support.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on superace888's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the superace888 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform.

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account without their explicit written consent.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the superace888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

Any unauthorised use of superace888's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by superace888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, superace888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, superace888 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond superace888's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays.
• Any third-party content, services, or websites that may be referenced on the platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, superace888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall superace888's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your superace888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

superace888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• A determination that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon termination, superace888 will process any remaining balance in your account in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud or breach of Terms is involved. superace888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud or a breach of Terms is suspected.

You may close your account at any time by contacting superace888 customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

superace888 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the legal framework governing their use of the platform and agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations in connection with their use of superace888.

13 Amendments

superace888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, superace888 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the superace888 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
